This workshop is a great way to introduce equestrians to the essence of meditation, breath work and yoga. The body movement is for all levels and first time yogis. Making space in our hips, shoulders and finding our core which will help us in the saddle. My intention is to inspire living a mindful equestrian lifestyle.
What you need: yoga mat/ water bottle / open mind + heart
