I came early to start feeding and get a

I am an inspired designer, equestrian and athlete who was drawn to yoga as a way to increase flexibility to enhance my dressage training.  

 

My yoga practice ignited into a journey discovering mindfulness and yoga directly enhances a riders ability to connect with their horse.

 

As a certified yoga instructor I merged my lifelong love of riding horses with yoga, meditation and mindfulness by teaching classes and workshops designed for equestrians of all disciplines, dressage, polo, show jumping and for jockeys.

 

My style of teaching is thru a creative vinyasa flow, balancing the physical body and mindfulness. Threading life’s offerings of peace, love, light and darkness throughout the practice while connecting all energies body, mind and spirit.
